This book is the only resource you will need as either an accent coach or a Bostonian yourself to help develop a more neutral accent. It begins with a clear outline of the various features of the accent, then provides ample stimuli to practice with including single words, sentences, and paragraphs. There are many ideas of fun ways to use this stimuli such a task you can do with a deck of playing cards.
